Cognitor is a brand of Scientia Global Industries Inc., a New Jersey corporation. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Scientia Global Industries Inc.

This page explains what we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you request the Glimpse or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number and company, your deck, and the details you enter in the intake form about your raise.

If you refer a portfolio company, we collect your name and email, the company you refer and its contact, and anything you tell us about it.

If you are a client and sign in to your client portal, we record sign-ins and which documents you open, with a coarse location (state and country). We do not keep IP addresses for this.

To prepare your Glimpse, to reply to you, and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you engage us for.

We also use it to keep the site secure and working.

Service providers who help us run the site: hosting, database, email and, if you pay for The Engagement or The Campaign, payment processing. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We treat your deck as confidential. We use it only to prepare your Glimpse and, if you become a client, your work with us.

We do not send your deck or contact investors. You decide who receives your materials and you send them.

We keep your intake details and deck for 90 days, unless you become a client. If you become a client, we keep them for the length of the engagement and as long as the law requires after that.

To ask us to delete your information, or to see or correct what we hold, email anthony@scientiaglobalindustries.com. We will confirm when it is done.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

We set a cookie only when you sign in to a client portal, to keep you signed in. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
